Marvin Farr worked for The Manser Practice Architects in London for eight years, becoming a Director.

During this time he was project director for a new £5m, four storey office building for developer Stow Securities.  He wore three hats on this project: responsible for designing and tendering the base build office for the developer; completing the detail design under the contractor (novated under Design and Build contract); and, was furthermore responsible for the office fit-out and interiors for the tenant.  The project was delivered on time and on budget.
